Harley – TTA

Harley, a springer spaniel, was happily running around playing off lead when he suddenly went lame. Harley was taken to his vets where he was diagnosed with a cranial cruciate ligament injury at the age of 7. He came to us in April 2019 where our surgeon Matthew performed a tibial tuberosity advancement (TTA).

Harley recovered well from the anaesthetic but had to be rested for the next 8 weeks – no easy feet for any springer spaniel! In June Harley returned to us with his tail wagging for his post operative radiographs – he was doing really well and he was signed off and able to build up his exercise back up to his normal level.

Harley’s Owner June 2019

We were referred here from our own vets for a cruciate ligament op for our dog Harley, now 9 weeks post op and all is going well. Matt you are amazing at what you do, just as our own vet promised. From vets to nurses and receptionists, all were kind and caring and nothing was too much trouble thank you all so much.
